General Information Location: New Medical Clinic, Ocosingo, Chiapas, Mexico Trip Date Options: Medical Week Only: March 3-March 11 Attend Clinic Dedication, then Medical Week: Feb. 29-Mar. 11 Prepare Clinic for Dedication, then Medical Week: Feb. 26-Mar. 11 Team needs: MDs, Pas, RNs, FNPs and non-medical folks willing to work cheerfully in needed jobs. Numbers limited to 15 with priority given to medical folks, Spanish speakers, cheerful hard workers.. Cost & Payments Deadlines: The cost is $500 plus your airfare. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Passports Will Be Required to Travel and the cost is not included (Passport applications and assistance are available if needed).
Payments: (*all payments go to Hebron, USA)
- Your $100.00 deposit is due no later than February 10th.
- Full payment is due no later than February 10th. Unpaid participants will not be permitted to travel.
Group Orientation: Participants are expected to participate in the group orientation prior to trip and are encouraged to help raise funds for medications and to bring OTC meds, reading glasses from the Dollar Store,etc. Make sure you fill out and bring your Packet to orientation.
The Mexico Travel Task Group reserves the right to cancel any week due to lack of participation. The task group also reserves the right to change dates and to accept or refuse any application. The task group recommends a minimum age of 14; however, each Session must decide the minimum age they are willing to support. Each underage participant must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
Notice that travel dates are from Saturday departures to Sunday returns.
Your application will be copied so that the other travelers will get to know you.
