Neighborhood ConnectorsConnectors are the weavers of the web of communication in Salem Presbytery. The role of the Connector is vital to the ministry and mission of Jesus Christ throughout the Presbytery. Connectors are to maintain regular contact with each pastor in his/her neighborhood, network within and beyond the neighborhood boundaries, and assist in developing an agenda for the neighborhood meetings. Connectors are early warning detectors of concerns and needs, monitors of projects-under-consideration in the Neighborhood, and explorers of interests that involve the entire Presbytery. Connectors also attend the Stated Meetings of Council, provide on-going reports of the work of Presbytery to the neighborhoods, and relate what is happening in the neighborhoods to Presbytery.
